Project Overview
When I joined Twitch, the employee orientation program included presentation materials but lacked a structured participant guide that employees could reference during and after onboarding. The goal was to create a more engaging, cohesive orientation experience while aligning the materials with Twitch's brand and culture.
The Challenge
New hires needed a resource that extended beyond the live orientation session. Existing materials were functional but lacked consistent branding, visual engagement, and an easy way for participants to revisit key resources.
My Approach
I designed a digital Player Guide in Google Slides that served as an interactive workbook, complete with clickable navigation and links to important company resources. I also redesigned the facilitator presentation to visually align with the guide, incorporating Twitch branding, employee photography, and a more energetic design style that reflected the company's culture.
